Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

We design, manufacture & supply customized Acoustical Enclosures, Silencers, Room Acoustical Treatment, Engine Acoustical Test cells Noise Barriers, etc. for projects in India & overseas, and is the undisputed leader when it comes to Technical Expertise in ‘Acoustics & Industrial Noise Control’ for last 38+ years.

We also provide Acoustical Design Consultancy Services to 5-star hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, night clubs, auditoriums, cinema halls, metro stations / airports, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

​

  1. Qualification:

    B.E. (Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering) and/or MBA (Marketing) preferred

  2. Good understanding & passion for B2B Sales (Customized Industrial product / Project sales / Consultancy sales)

  3. Minimum Experience : 3~5 Years in B2B Project sales is preferred. MBA fresh graduates with previous work experience can apply.

  4. Fluency in English communication

  5. Good presentation & communication skills (written & verbal)

  6. Self motivated & confident, Pro-active, Enthusiastic & energetic, Able to work

    independently with minimal supervision
     

* Previous experience in similar field (Industrial Noise Control) AND/OR experience of sales to manufacturers of pumps, compressors, turbines, presses, rotary equipment and EPC companies will be preferred.


Open Space Office

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Identify target markets, generate new leads and approach potential customers within India and overseas.

  2. Making cold calls, emails, visits, presentations to seek new business project enquiries.

  3. Prepare and send quotations to prospective customers; Follow up over emails and phone.

  4. Prepare database of existing, new and prospective customers from various target sectors.

  5. Maintain good relations with clients by providing pre-sales support.

  6. Fulfil and strive to exceed the Annual Sales targets, by acquiring new customers.

  7. Plan & execute marketing & branding activities.

  8. Any additional responsibilities allotted by Head of Department / Management of the Company

Other Details

Remuneration : 


Annualized CTC :

Fixed pay: INR 3,60,000 to 5,04,000

Variable pay: Sales Performance Bonus of INR 1,75,000 (applicable upon achievement of sales targets)

Office Timings : Monday - Saturday : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 (Holidays on 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month)

​
