ARK Noise Control manufactures heavy-duty acoustic doors for industrial facilities, test cells, control rooms, recording studios, and any application requiring high sound isolation between adjacent spaces. Our doors are designed to maintain the acoustic integrity of walls and enclosures — because even the best acoustic wall is only as good as its weakest element, and doors are typically the weakest link in any acoustic partition. Our acoustic doors are available in STC ratings from 30 to 55 dB, covering applications from basic office privacy to the most demanding industrial test cell requirements. Each door is constructed with a multi-layer composite core that provides both mass and damping for effective sound isolation across a broad frequency range. Perimeter acoustic seals, including automatic drop seals at the threshold, ensure that the door achieves its rated performance when closed. We offer single-leaf and double-leaf configurations, sliding and swing types, and manual or motorized operation. Fire-rated options are available for applications where acoustic and fire separation must coexist. All doors are custom-manufactured to the required dimensions and can be finished to match the client's aesthetic requirements. Our doors are tested and certified to international acoustic standards.
