The Athalye Group was established in 1984 by the late Mr. Kamalakar V. Athalye in Pune, Maharashtra. Built on a foundation of deep engineering expertise, integrity, and a commitment to quality, the group has grown into a respected name in industrial engineering and noise control.
What began as a single enterprise focused on solving industrial noise challenges has evolved into a group of companies spanning noise control manufacturing, thermal insulation, and acoustic engineering consultancy. The Athalye Group's flagship company, ARK Noise Control (India), has delivered over 1,000 projects across 60+ countries, serving some of the world's largest oil and gas, power, petrochemical, and manufacturing enterprises.
Today, the second generation of the Athalye family leads the group, bringing advanced academic training from leading American universities and a modern approach to technology, operations, and global market development — while honouring the founding principles of engineering rigour and client commitment.
